** The role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team. Reporting to the Field Operations & Growth Manager, the Field Sales Recruiter will be responsible for staffing our field channel kiosks with highly qualified and experienced sales team members. This role will focus on recruiting Sales Associates, Sales Experts, and Store Managers for new field locations and maintaining seamless staffing at all field locations by backfilling positions as needed. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment life cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This is a full time, in-office position, at our NYC office in the Flatiron District.
What you'll do:
Talent Acquisition for New Locations:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire Sales Associates, Sales Experts, and Store Managers for new kiosks and field locations nationwide.
Staffing Existing Locations:
Identify and fill staffing gaps ensuring every kiosk remains fully staffed to sustain optimal operational efficiency.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns, to attract high-caliber candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Schedule and conduct candidate screenings, including resume reviews, virtual and in-person interviews, and assessments, both autonomously and in collaboration with the Field team to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Collaboration with Management:
Partner closely with the Field Operations & Growth Manager and Regional Sales Managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and operational goals for each location.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into their roles by providing them with training and resources needed to succeed.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill metrics, candidate sourcing data, and hiring outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Travel and On-Site Support:
Travel as needed to support hiring events, interviews, and recruitment efforts.
