About Us: 4WARD Marketing is dedicated to creating positive change in our community. We are currently seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator with a focus on field outreach. This role involves connecting with individuals on a personal level to cultivate donor relationships and inspire ongoing support for our impactful initiatives.

Position Overview: As the Field Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in fostering meaningful connections with potential donors. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct face-to-face interactions in various community settings, sharing our mission and cultivating recurring donor relationships.

Responsibilities:

Donor Engagement:

Engage with individuals in the community through in-person interactions, providing information about our organization and the benefits of becoming a recurring donor.

Build rapport and relationships with potential donors to inspire ongoing support.

Direct Outreach Strategies:

Develop and execute direct outreach strategies to maximize donor sign-ups and contributions.

Utilize a variety of communication channels, including in-person conversations and grassroots marketing.

Campaign Integration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate field outreach efforts with broader organizational campaigns.

Assist in the coordination of events and activities to support donor relations.

Data Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.

Provide regular reports on field outreach efforts, contributing insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong commitment to community causes.

Past customer service or any professional experience.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Previous experience in field outreach, community engagement, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly pay basis - base salary + commission.
