    Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) industry. This position will focus on driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our client base in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AEC/BIM market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the growth and success of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AEC/BIM industry in the Dallas area.

    Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and research.

    Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions involving AEC/BIM products and services.

    Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

    Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Market Knowledge and Industry Expertise:

    Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in AEC and BIM.

    Understand the challenges faced by AEC professionals and offer relevant solutions that improve project outcomes and workflow.

    Educate potential clients on the value and benefits of BIM and related solutions.

    Sales Presentations and Proposals:

    Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.

    Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions based on client requirements.

    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in a manner that aligns with company goals.

    Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the AEC/BIM space, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure they receive ongoing support and service.

    Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a network and represent the company.

    Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.

    Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

    Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

    Experience:

    3+ years of sales experience in the AEC, BIM, or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Familiarity with AEC/BIM software solutions (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) is highly desirable.

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of the AEC/BIM industry, including market trends, challenges, and customer needs.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

    Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
