Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the AEC industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients and getting new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the AEC and construction sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1+ years of sales experience in the AEC or construction tech industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of construction processes, technology, and project management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
