    We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Sales experience preferred – go-getter mindset • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Desire to help others • Strong business acumen • Perseverance in the face of a challenge • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts • Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish) A Plus Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
