Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in their assigned territory. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients in your assigned territory.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, Door knocking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand the company’s products and services in-depth to effectively communicate their value propositions.
Track and report on sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for market penetration.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend client meetings and events.
