We are growing faster than we expected and can't handle all of the business coming in - we are looking for someone to join our team who will raise the bar. Responsibilities: About You • You love people and love interacting with people. • You are competitive and love the thrill of selling • You like to stay busy and enjoy a fast paced environment • You are very focused on personal training and development - investing in yourself • You believe in being a team player • You're coachable • You are very driven, motivated, and ambitious • You have an outstanding track record of results About the Position • 90% of the leads are generated by the company and all appointments are set by our office staff and marketing manager • % of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects • 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks • Heavily focused on personal and professional training development • Company Vehicle provided • All training is provided and training is a never ending focus Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience • Proven track record of success • Demonstrates a commitment to customers • Strong communication skills • Strong work ethic, ambitious • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Ability to work independently • Experience in the painting or contracting industry is a plus but not required • A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required. Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 yearly
