Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers including: social media, events, networking, business drops, referrals, meet and greets, follow up calls, etc. • Attend and promote sales events • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions • Speak to potential prospects to introduce our insurance services or new offerings • Keep company abreast of new business opportunities, account status, potential customers using CRM and other technology tools • Maintain active Property & Casualty license Qualifications: • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience Compensation: $56,000 - $78,000 yearly
