Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead our team of canvassing professionals. In this role, you will drive lead generation, foster client relationships, and inspire your team to exceed their goals. What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a team of canvassing professionals, driving high-quality lead generation efforts

Develop and execute canvassing strategies that increase engagement and awareness of our services

Train, mentor, and support team members in effective outreach and client relationship-building techniques

Monitor team performance, offering feedback and guidance to ensure success and growth

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and solidify customer relationships

Represent Ascension Roofing at community events, storm recovery initiatives, and outreach opportunities, promoting our mission and services

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or community outreach, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups

Strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding and motivating a team to success

High level of integrity and alignment with Ascension Roofing’s core values

Familiarity with roofing products or services is a plus, but not required

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and adapting to various weather conditions
