Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Canvassing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage our canvassing efforts, engage with potential clients, and drive lead generation to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or community outreach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for making an impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead, manage, and inspire canvassing teams to generate high-quality leads and increase awareness of our roofing services.

Develop and execute canvassing strategies that maximize outreach and engagement.

Train, mentor, and support team members in mastering effective canvassing techniques and building rapport with clients.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure individual and team goals are achieved.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and strengthen client relationships.

Represent Ascension Roofing at community events, storm recovery initiatives, and other outreach opportunities, promoting our mission and services.

Familiarity with roofing products or services is a bonus but not required.

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and adaptable to various weather conditions.
