Our thriving real estate team is looking for a friendly and trustworthy individual to lead our Field Services team and be our new Field Services Coordinator. The CAZA Field Services Coordinator must be able and willing to perform any and all duties such as delivering listing materials to a CAZA listing, managing those materials throughout the listing process, and retrieving those materials at the appropriate time. The Field Services Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining thorough and timely communication with the other field services members and the Listing Manager about the timeliness of listing material delivery and pick up, supply issues (when items are running low), and any other pertinent information. Responsibilities: • Meet with Listing Manager on a weekly basis to coordinate upcoming Coming Soon, Active, Under Contract, and Closed listings and the timing of the operational needs • Work with the Listing Manager to complete the scheduling of necessary field services • Make deliveries and pick-ups of listing materials such as COVID items, face riders, other necessary signage, etc. • Maintain, and purchase an inventory system • Manage a lockbox tracking system • Help pack and distribute “Pop-By” bags or mailers, either through the organization of hand-deliverable bags or bubble mailers • Help prepare and deliver necessary marketing and event materials • Help set up and take down events when needed and possible. Qualifications: • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Reliable car • Mandatory requirements: Team-oriented, learning-based, self-motivated, coachable, committed, and the will to succeed • Wants to learn and grow in the real estate industry Compensation: $18 Hourly
