    Your Responsibilities: As a key leader at BM-Tech, you will:

    · Install & Commission: Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and machinery on-site.

    · Optimize Performance: Ensure peak system functionality through testing, calibration, and process improvements.

    · Client Support: Serve as a technical point of contact, providing on-site support and maintaining strong client relationships.

    · Monitor & Report: Track project progress, document service activities, and provide detailed reports on installations and maintenance.

    · Team Coordination: Work closely with in-house and international technicians to ensure efficient execution and compliance with standards.

    · Diagnose & Resolve: Identify and troubleshoot electrical and automation issues, collaborating with engineering teams for solutions.

    · System Handover: Conduct final testing, training, and documentation to ensure a seamless client handover.

    · Adapt & Improve: Implement modifications, manage technical changes, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

    Your Qualifications: This role is for leaders who bring:

    · Educational background: Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s (preferred) degree in Engineering or a related field.

    · Professional experience: Experience in field service, automation, or large plant/process industries (required); extensive experience preferred.

    · Language skills: Proficiency in English (required); German or additional languages (preferred).

    · Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of large-scale plant systems, MS-Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

    · Problem-solving & teamwork: Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and experience collaborating in diverse, multicultural teams.

    · Global mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally, including extended on-site assignments (up to 98%).
