Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
5+ years of experience in systems administration or high-level desktop support
Experience in cloud computing, networking, and working with vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong demonstrative problem-solving skills
Understanding of computing devices, operating systems, software installation and administration
Professional experience with VOIP, mobile technologies, and network environment
Responsibilities:
Perform In-person break-fix and remote support
Troubleshooting internet/LAN and WAN Connectivity issues
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS
Upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers
General preventative maintenance
Account administration
Support end users on basic software, hardware and printers
Knowledge of Networking, Virtualization, Outlook, Windows & Mac OS, Web Based and Installable applications.
