The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in the medical device industry, with at least three years of experience as a Field Service Engineer. A certificate or AAS degree in electronics or a related discipline is required, but what truly matters is your hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing sophisticated equipment. If you've worked with medical lab analyzers before, that's a definite plus. And while this role does require some overnight travel, you'll have the support of a strong Field Support Group to help resolve any challenges that arise.
