Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with company leadership to prepare and successfully execute jobs

Lead job operations to ensure proper and efficient completion

Interact with customers to ensure job satisfaction

Identify and create additional sales with current and potential customers

Learn our business and help shape our growth strategy

Requirements:

Experience leading teams

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to generate sales through door-to-door marketing

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and processes

Capability to lift and operate heavy equipment

Ability to work in outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions
