Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in field service management, preferably in the HVAC industry.

• CERTIFIED in either Carrier or Trane

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Expertise in scheduling, dispatching, and operational logistics.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.

• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
