Are you detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about quality? We’re looking for a Construction Quality Control Field Service Representative to be the frontline problem-solver for our installation and product-related issues in the field.
In this hands-on role, you'll investigate customer concerns, evaluate workmanship and materials, recommend resolutions, and ensure that repairs or replacements meet our standards. Your work directly impacts our customers' satisfaction and the long-term reputation of our products.

What You’ll Do
Investigate and resolve customer service issues at job sites
Assess construction quality, workmanship, and product installation
Report findings to the internal Customer Service team
Recommend repairs or replacements based on company standards
Approve and oversee third-party repairs; inspect completed work
Prioritize efficiency, safety, and professionalism in all site visits
Communicate with builders, clients, and internal teams effectively
Ensure all safety procedures are followed and propose improvements when needed
Desired Experience
2+ years of experience in construction, quality control, installation services, or fieldwork
Familiarity with residential construction or kitchen/bath remodeling
Experience working with customers or builders in service or repair roles
Experience using mobile apps or ERP tools to log reports or manage schedules
Knowledge of basic carpentry, measurement tools, and materials (preferred)
Education & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset
Basic math and measurement skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working on construction sites and navigating rough terrain
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 80 lbs
Walk and stand for extended periods, including uneven terrain
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Drive to customer job sites across the local area
