We service commercial kitchens across Southeast Pennsylvania—from Philadelphia to Harrisburg, up to Scranton, and down to Newark, Delaware. Whether you're looking to build a new skillset or already have experience in specialized cleaning, we're ready to train the right people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to get to work. Compensation & Benefits: • Starting Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 (Depending on Experience) • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (nights/early mornings or daytime shifts available) • Overtime: Available and unlimited • Location: Office in Exton, PA | Jobs within 25–50 mile radius Responsibilities: • Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans) • Travel to client sites and prepare work areas safely and professionally • Use pressure washers and specialized tools to remove grease buildup • Follow cleaning procedures and safety regulations • Handle ladders, confined spaces, and heights • Document work completed (photos and reporting) • Uphold company policies and ensure quality standards are met • For leadership roles: perform administrative tasks and support team development Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen • Prior experience in construction, trades, or technician roles is a plus • Hood cleaning experience preferred, but not required • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Physically capable of: Lifting up to 50 lbs • Working on ladders and at heights • Kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods • Willingness to work overnight or early morning shifts as needed Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000
