  • Responsibilities

    Join our team as the National Sales Manager for Eureka School classroom supplies that create stimulating classroom environments. This role combines responsibilities for inside sales, account management, and business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Increase sales through tactical account planning within the classroom/school supply channels, as well as specialty marketplace channels.
    • Oversee the daily execution of sales plans, ensuring seamless implementation and progress.
    • Track performance, identify opportunities to increase sales, address lost sales, and evaluate overall business health.
    • Successfully manage customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and future partnership.
    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by leveraging market research, building comprehensive knowledge of the education industry, and cultivating valuable connections.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Demand Planning, Finance, and Sales, to contribute to initiatives that foster customer growth and success.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of Sales Experience with a background in related product categories such as children’s publishing, arts and crafts, or toys and games.
    • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus.
    • Position requires occasional travel including overnight travel, and some weekend involvement in trade shows or markets.

    Minimum pay rate: $65,000 annually
    Maximum pay rate: $80,000 annually
