    Role Description: As a Field Service Technician at McLaren Rent-All, you'll be a crucial member of our team, dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding service while maintaining the integrity of our equipment inventory. Your role will involve cleaning equipment, assisting customers with loading and unloading, conducting visual assessments, and delivering polite and professional customer service.

    Required Qualifications:

    Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy equipment such as track skid steers, excavators, and tractors.

    Strong customer relationship skills, with the capacity to address inquiries and resolve issues courteously.

    Preferably, a mechanical understanding; candidates with construction or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.

    A chauffeur's license is a definite plus.

    We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including seasonal hires and high school students.

    Preferably, reside within a 30-minute commuting distance from the McLaren Rent-All location.

    Candidates must possess the physical capability to meet the job's demands.

    Responsibilities as a Yard Operations Specialist:

    Ensure the cleanliness and operational efficiency of equipment.

    Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment as required.

    Perform visual assessments of equipment to identify any issues or damage.

    Provide prompt and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

    Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and deliver excellent service consistently.

    Hours:

    Full-time position: Monday - Saturday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Store hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    Benefits Include:

    Health benefits available after 90 days.

    Vacation time accrual based on accrued hours, starting after 90 days.

    Competitive pay rate: $15 per hour.
