Troy Industrial Solutions is looking for a motivated, self-reliant, and career-minded individual with proven experience for itsField Service Technicianposition. Working within multiple industrial markets, including wood, mining, power generation, recycling, municipalities, and food & beverage you will be primarily responsible for traveling to customer job sites and performing service and repairs as required by customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Inspect and assess customer equipment for service or repair requirements.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on-site at customer locations.
- Perform predictive maintenance as applicable**:**Vibration analysis and Thermal Imaging.
- Perform precision maintenance as applicable**:**Balancing and Laser Alignment.
- Through frequent and coordinated contact, ensure complete customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and applicable mechanical/technical experience preferred.
- Two-year degree from a technical school or certificate from an industrial program preferred.
- 3-5 years of related work experience in both mechanical and electrical repair. Military mechanical/technical experience desirable.
- Experience performing vibration data acquisition & analysis, balancing.
- Able & willing to frequently bend and reach and lift up to 50lbs safely
- Able & willing to work in extreme (hot and cold) temperatures and weather conditions and loud environment
- Valid Drivers License.
