How will you contribute:
Are you a hands-on, experienced construction professional who enjoys getting the job done right from the ground up? We are looking for a Field Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful completion of construction projects. This is a belt-on position where you'll be expected to take charge on-site, work alongside your crew, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and safely. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want you on our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Superintendent, you will be an essential part of the project team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will have a hands-on role and lead by example while working directly with your team.
What you need to qualify:
5+ years of experience as a Foreman/Superintendent or in a related role in commercial construction.
Ability to read construction documents and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Ability to perform algebra and geometry for layout and material calculations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between job sites.
Experience with equipment operation and maintenance.
Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety standards.
