Job Summary

The Field Team Leader directly supervises and coaches the Field Service Professionals (FSP). Work with the Office Manager meet our production schedule and customer service requests. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent in the field with the FSPs and our customers.

Responsibilities

Direct Supervision and Coaching of FSPs so that their performance is a reflection of our core values.

Training of new FSPs on our procedures and standards.

Lead team in expediently resolving customer issues with the customer’s best interest in mind so as to maintain or even improve that customer’s loyalty.

Perform audits to monitor team's adherence to our standards and procedures.

Ensure standard equipment maintenance items are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

College Education - Associates or higher.

Minimum of three years of experience in performing supervisory responsibilities.

Three or more years of experience in lawn care or related field preferred.

Valid driver’s license required with good driving record meeting insurability standards.

Ability to obtain a SC and GA commercial pesticide license within 12 months.
