A restoration Field Technician/CSR is a professional who specializes in providing restoration services to the contents, textiles, electronics or art that have experienced damage from various sources. The technician will report to the affected location and properly and efficiently pack the affected items for cleaning and return the items once cleaned. We would prefer a professional who speaks English and Spanish.
Job Type - Full-Time
Shift and Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:00AM till 5:00PM
Job Requirements
Bilingual is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have driver’s license and be insurable
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Must be comfortable working in challenging environments following fire and water damage
Must enjoy working with others
Must have strong customer service skills

Responsibilities:
Travel to the loss site to properly inventory and sort textiles, electronics, art, and contents by using appropriate technology.
Follow all procedures and guidelines per training protocols.
Communicate effectively with other CSR's and operations manager.
Effectively pack out jobs properly while maintaining the integrity of the contents.
Follow instructions specific to each job.
Ensure that the restoration process meets company standards and customer expectations.
On-Call schedule required for occasional after-hours and weekends.
Remain professional around homeowners, adjusters and contractors.
Pack out responsibilities:
Ensure truck is stocked with materials for the day.
Follow all procedures to properly inventory and tag items.
Take appropriate photos.
Receiving responsibilities:
Assist warehouse manager unloading contents.
Organize all items for immediate cleaning needs.
Use appropriate technology.
Delivery responsibilities:
Assist in loading deliveries.
Transport items to loss site.
Protect items from damage during delivery.
