We are looking for a new team member to install screen porches, window screens, screen doors, and various other porch related products. Training is provided. No screening experience is required. Handyman or carpentry skills a must.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay (Starting at $20-$22)
Commission on Jobs Completed
6 Paid Holidays
5-7 days paid time off the first year, 9-13 days in year two, and 12-18 days in year four
Retirement plan with matching contributions available after 1 year
Hours/Schedule
7:30 AM to between 3:00 and 5:00 PM
Jobs are scheduled Monday - Thursday
Fridays are reserved for jobs that are rained out, disrupted, or incomplete earlier in the week
Work more days upon request
What would you be doing?
Fabricating and installing window screens, porch screens, and other outdoor living products
Use power tools to cut and install screen frame
Roll screen mesh into frame using screen roller
Most work is done outside

Qualifications
Eager and able to learn
Able to use hand tools, chop saw, drills, and power tools
Read a tape measurer
Comfortable working from an extension ladder 20' off the ground
Attention to Safety and Detail
Works well with other team members and customers
Valid Driver's License
Proof of citizenship or right to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
