    Job Description

    An established NYC HVAC/Manufacturer/Mechanical Firm is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience. To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, & perform your duties in a professional manner. Top applicants must have 3+ years in Customer Service & exceptional organizational skills.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    ·       Manage incoming customer service requests, appointments, questions, complaints, & billing inquiries

    ·       Assist with administrative functions answering phone calls & emails

    ·       Maintain good customer relations by helping to resolve customer issues in a courteous & timely manner

    ·       Update customer records, schedules, account information & insurance certificates into company database

    ·       Process orders & handle credit card payments in a confidential manner, adhering to accounting department policies

    ·       Work with the sales, service & dispatching departments on the day-to-day operations of the company

    ·       Collaborate with team members on a regular basis, relaying client schedules, orders, service requests & problems

    ·       Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    ·       3+ years of customer service experience

    ·       Associates degree

    ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

    ·       Knowledge of SamPro is a plus

    ·       Experience in HVAC industry is a plus

    ·       Must be able to commute to Lower East Side Monday-Friday

    ·       Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, & recording skills

    ·       Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

    ·       Strong interpersonal & customer service skills.

    ·       Ability to work with a team & independently.
