FIMCO Industries is headquartered in North Sioux City, SD and is the largest manufacturer of lawn and garden sprayers in the United States. For over 60 years FIMCO has built a sprayer (from 4 Gallons to 300 Gallons in size) for every application (from homeowner to both small and large agricultural applications).

FIMCO has always taken great pride in innovation and has recently introduced the Volt Edge line of lithium ion powdered ATV and UTV sprayers, a first for the lawn and garden industry. In addition, FIMCO manufactures its own line of trailer carts, de-thatchers, lawn rollers, and dry material spreaders.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for driving sales to increase both revenue and margin in his/her area of responsibility, primarily, but not limited to the Farm and Ranch retail channel.

This position reports to the VP, FIMCO Lawn and Garden Division.

This position is not restricted geographically.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for meeting sales and profit goals within assigned territory
• Retain current and generate business within current Customer base as well as new channels and markets
• Develop Customer specific programs and negotiate cost and terms with Customers
• Assist team in developing new products
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree in business or marketing preferred
• 5 + years experience in Sales with successful results
• Experience with farm and ranch retailers, home center, hard line retailers and selling to internet retailers preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office required, AS400 a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Extensive travel within assigned territory up to 75%

• Both Auto and Air
• Overnight Travel
