IT Finance Analyst | Temp-to-Perm | Hybrid in Miramar, FL (3 days onsite/week)

The Talent Source is hiring an IT Finance Analyst to support our enterprise client’s expanding IT Finance operations. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers the chance to grow within a high-impact team while gaining exposure across both finance and technology initiatives.

This isn’t your traditional finance department—we’re looking for someone who’s analytical, adaptable, and ready to wear multiple hats to help drive success.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and interpret financial statements and track key KPIs

• Support budgeting and monthly close processes

• Collaborate with project teams to build and maintain project financials

• Conduct ad hoc financial research and analysis

• Prepare SOP manuals and improve process documentation

• Work within SAP and PO systems (training provided as needed)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience (technology experience a plus)

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formula creation)

• Familiarity with SAP and other PO systems (or willingness to learn)

• Team player with a flexible mindset who thrives in a hybrid environment

• Ability to take initiative, cross-train others, and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong communicator who can build relationships across departments

Location: Miramar, FL | Hybrid model – 3 days per week onsite
