Job Description:
Adobe's Business Platform Operations team is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to manage purchase orders, change requests, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals. This role will also assist with hiring and headcount processes, providing weekly updates to leadership and managing resource backfill requests. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing business operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business operations, project management, or strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc requests
