    We are looking for an experienced finance person to join our team. The individual must be willing to put in the time and effort on a daily basis, utilize numerous forms of technology to create compelling reports, and give input and feedback on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis.

    The position requires expertise in accounting (QuickBooks Online), budgeting/planning, payroll/benefits, accounts receivable, management reporting, and customer service. The ideal candidate will need to be dynamic and adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of an ever-changing company and have a "do whatever it takes" mentality.

    Responsibilities

    Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company Maintain general ledger Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and on-demand revenue reports to ownership. Creation of Monthly and on-demand Financial Statements Reconcile accounts at the end of each month

    Download daily numbers and populate OMA 2024 Payment Tracker Monitor expenses, including daily credit limits Daily Bookkeeping through Quickbooks Bank Reconciliation monthly Reconcile credit cards monthly Closing JE Forecasting Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar. QuickBooks Online experience is a requirement Proficient with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, formulas, pivots, lookups) 4+ years' relevant experience in positions that require bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting 4+ years' experience working with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
