    We are looking for a Finance Coordinator that is eager to learn and grow with our Agency. The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for preparing finance contracts for our Insureds and submitting them to our finance companies for approval. It’s their responsibility to ensure that all coverages are included and premiums total correctly, and that all documents and signatures are in order prior to submitting to the finance company. Other duties include follow-up with our Agents, data input into our CRM system, collecting payments from our Insureds as well as other backend accounting tasks. The ideal candidates for this position will be highly self-motivated individuals with extreme attention to detail, a desire to help people, computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and good excel skills. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

    Our Agency will rely on you for having accurate and updated data in our CRM system and our Agents will rely on you to close deals.

    Responsibilities

    Creating finance contracts

    Transferring data from invoices, intake forms and other sources into computer files, CRM program, database systems and Finance company's databases

    Type in data provided directly from producers

    Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

    Verify data by comparing it to source documents

    Update existing data

    Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

    Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

    Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

    Requirements

    Proven experience in finance and/or accounting positions

    Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

    Basic understanding of databases

    Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

    Great attention to detail

    High school degree or equivalent

    **Must have, or be willing to obtain, 4-40 License.
