    Job Description: As a Finance Coordinator, you will support the Finance Team with tasks such as preparing payroll documents, setting up finance contracts, and processing invoices, among other responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their finance or accounting career, gain valuable hands-on experience, and grow in a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and manage finance contracts accurately and efficiently.

    Input data from invoices, intake forms, and other sources into computer systems.

    Contacting clients for agency retention/collecting monthly installments.

    Cross-check data entries against source documents for accuracy.

    Update and maintain existing records in databases.

    Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as needed.

    Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure payroll distribution.

    Qualifications:

    High school degree, associates, or equivalent experience.

    Strong proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Word, Excel).

    Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.

    Strong work ethic and adaptible

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Spanish speaker preferred.

    Excellent customer service skills.
