    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and manage finance contracts accurately and efficiently.

    Input data from invoices, intake forms, and other sources into computer systems, CRM platforms, and finance databases.

    Enter information directly from producers and CSR's with precision.

    Contacting clients for agency retention/collecting monthly installments.

    Cross-check data entries against source documents for accuracy.

    Update and maintain existing records in databases.

    Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as needed.

    Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure payroll distribution.

    Skills and Requirements:

    Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

    Strong proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Word, Excel).

    Basic knowledge of database systems and functionality.

    Excellent command of English (oral and written) with strong customer service skills.

    Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.

    -Must possess or be willing to obtain a 4-40 license.
