    We are a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm that is experiencing explosive growth. We are a highly responsible, relationally focused team that strives to prepare customized estate plans. We are seeking an individual who can work with clients and their financial professionals in coordinating their finances with their estate plans. We need someone who is willing to learn new concepts and can work well with others. We are seeking new, self-motivated team members with personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work remotely is preferred Responsibilities: • Enter the client's financial assets into our database in order to provide clients with a comprehensive financial report so that their families don't experience morbid scavenger hunts at their deaths. • Communicate via phone and email with clients' financial professionals to provide instructions on how to retitle the ownership and beneficiary designations of their assets to ensure that the assets are received by the correct beneficiary. • Follow up with the clients to ensure that the law firm receives documentation confirming the requested changes have been properly processed to ensure that financial institutions send the funds to the proper beneficiary. Qualifications: • High School Diploma required. • Must possess patience and the ability to communicate with an older population. • Must possess a high level of attention to detail. • Must be willing to learn new concepts. • Previous experience dealing with financial assets required is highly valued, but not required. • Must be able to work independently and organize oneself. Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 yearly
