We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill our open Finance & Inventory Specialist role. This person will work within our administration team generating invoices, recording payments, and reconciling inventory. They will initiate, count and reconcile all cycle counts at our Eugene location, code freight invoices and manage vendor files.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma (GED equivalent) with prior accounting experience required. Previous experience with inventory control preferred. Must be highly familiar with Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
