You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach and exceed your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience. • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, and claim submission questions concerning billing and insurance policies. • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims. • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies. • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current. Qualifications: MUST be reliable, coachable, mentally resilient, and endlessly determined! • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products! • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must! • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued! • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience is a plus! Compensation: $110,000 - $250,000 plus commissions
