Job Description

We are seeking Finance Managers to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. These roles provide financial guidance through thoughtful analysis, shared insights, and cooperative problem-solving, helping teams feel empowered and confident in their decisions.

Finance Manager (Leadership Level, 8+ years’ experience with team management)

• Lead financial planning and strategic decision-making to support business objectives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams, providing coaching and professional development.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, and business unit heads to drive financial performance.

• Think Fast by anticipating financial risks and opportunities, making informed recommendations that support sustainable growth.

• Work it Together by fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture, encouraging cross-functional collaboration.

• Make the Hard Call by guiding critical financial decisions, ensuring a balance between risk, opportunity, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting).
• Compassionate and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in an inclusive and engaging way.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Ability to foster trust and build strong interpersonal connections with leadership teams.
• Passion for mentorship and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Experience leading financial strategy discussions with senior leadership.
•  Strong commitment to supporting, coaching, and guiding junior finance team members.
• Ability to cultivate an inclusive and nurturing team culture.
