Finance Manager – Manufacturing Finance

My client is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and ensure the company’s financial policies are followed across departments. You’ll play a key role in managing reconciliations, reporting, and supporting audits while maintaining internal financial controls in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Actively manage and reconcile cash accounts daily and oversee cash forecasting.
• Process Accounts Receivables and manage customer product returns.
• Administer payroll accounting, accruals, and adjustments.
• Lead audits and support annual tax filings.
• Manage Fixed Assets, Intercompany balances, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS 16.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
