    Job Overview:

    Join a dynamic team as a Finance Manager, Net Revenue (Remote), where you will thrive in a culture centered around patient-focused, whole-person care. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, guiding a network of hospitals, medical groups, and risk-based entities across multiple regions. You will utilize the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system to enhance our financial operations and serve as a crucial liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, ensuring seamless communication of assignments, deadlines, and updates. Your expertise will help promote standardized best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with enterprise subject matter experts to extract valuable insights on key revenue and expense categories, while consolidating and summarizing divisional financial performance and business drivers. By working closely with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement initiatives, you will make a significant impact on our financial strategies. As a resource for local finance teams, you will assist with various projects and ad-hoc analytics, leveraging financial reporting tools such as Essbase and HFM, along with Excel-based models, to support informed decision-making.     Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of finance experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related financial roles within healthcare or a multi-facility organization
    • Strong proficiency in the use of the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system; experience with similar analytics platforms is a plus
    • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
    • Expertise in financial reporting tools, particularly Essbase and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
    • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform detailed data analysis
    • Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison between corporate and local finance teams, effectively communicating assignments, deadlines, and updates
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with divisional leadership and Subject Matter Experts
    • Ability to consolidate and summarize financial performance data and key business driver
    • Experience with operational KPIs and developing improvement plans based on analytical insights
    • Familiarity with implementing standardized best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across diverse teams
    • Experience supporting project-based work and ad-hoc analytics for local finance teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex financial information
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
