We are looking for a Finance Manager with exceptional financial acumen and strategic planning abilities to guide the company's financial direction in Irving, Texas. Job responsibilities include:

Develop financial strategy and performance measures that align with the company's strategic direction

Oversee and manage the finance / accounting team operations, including budgets, forecasting and audits

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Foster relations with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

Review financial data and review monthly and annual reports

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

Present financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings

Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

Requirements:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the industrial / manufacturing industry

Advanced understanding of business principles and practices

Advanced understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in accounting software

At least 3-5 years' managerial experience with the ability to manage, guide and lead employees

Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
