Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. • Provide expert advice on various financial products. • Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation required for policies. • Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. • Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. • Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience in sales, and customer service is a plus but not required. • Willingness to obtain a state life license within 1-2 weeks (We offer pre-licensing education to complete to obtain your license included in our onboarding investment). Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
