As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be the key player in ensuring our clients' payments are tracked, managed, and reported accurately. If you're someone who thrives in Excel, loves problem-solving, and has an eye for detail, this is your perfect match!
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Create, issue, and track client invoices. Ensure everything is clear, correct, and on point!
Claim filing: with Medicaid, Veteran's Administration and others; follow up on payment.
Payment Tracking & Reconciliation: Keep our records in tip-top shape—maintain up-to-date AR reports and track payment status like a pro.
Aging Reports: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to ensure all accounts are up-to-date.
Communication Wizard: Be the friendly voice clients turn to when they have billing questions or concerns. Your ability to remain calm, patient, and professional is key.
Collaboration Rockstar: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to resolve discrepancies and assist with month-end closing activities.
What We're Looking For:
Excel Expertise: You must be comfortable using Excel for basic applications, and be willing to learn more!
