Help streamline data collection processes to improve efficiency. • Market Research: Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and economic indicators to provide insights for strategic decision-making. • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and investors, summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators. • Ad Hoc Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, such as evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications: • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning. • Previous internship or coursework related to real estate finance is a plus.
