Responsibilities: • Property Forecast Modeling • Refi and disposition oversight • Maintain data on financial statements • Underwrite new properties • Administrative involvement with investor communications, Asset Management reporting, and assistance. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position • Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel • Must be detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Property management experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
