    About This Role

    Our Investment Advisory firm (RIA) is internally driven to help individuals and families find peace and purpose for their money. We have a track record of exceeding client expectations and fostering relationships within our local communities. We are expanding our Advisory team in Traverse City and looking for Financial Advisors to be a part of our continued growth. Our Financial Advisors are valued partners who build relationships with families to help them achieve their long-term financial goals: retirement, building wealth, estate and tax planning, income strategies, and more.

    As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be supported by our industry leading client services, marketing, and events teams. Our advisors educate over 400 households annually. Our educational and consultative approach allows our Advisors to focus on their advisory strengths while building strong relationships with our clients and our community.

    Our financial advisors do ZERO COLDCALLING or solicitation of friends and family. All leads and prospects are generated by the firm for the advisors.

    Regular activities will include:

    • Seek out and build a client base through educational seminars and workshops, referrals, etc.
    • Onboard new clients through a thorough a fact-finding and needs analysis journey, getting to know their goals, priorities, and financial objectives as priority
    • Develop and present unique and comprehensive wealth management strategies and income plans
    • Review and monitor client’s plans yearly, biannually and quarterly to make sure clients stay on track to meet goals and objectives
    • Adhere to compliance policies and procedures
    • Interface with an associate advisor / client servicing team, as needed, to ensure client are onboarded efficiently and client needs are resolved in a timely manner

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • 3-5 years of experience in financial services
    • NASAA registration with a Series 65 or equivalent
    • Michigan Life License
    • Clean background check and compliance record

    Salary Expectations – $150,000 – $500,000+
