    Responsibilities

    • Conduct educational seminars and workshops to engage potential clients.
    • Guide clients through a thorough fact-finding and needs analysis process.
    • Develop and present customized wealth management strategies and retirement income plans.
    • Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure they remain on track to meet their financial goals.
    • Collaborate with associate advisors and client service teams to enhance the client experience.
    • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years of experience as a Financial Advisor (no existing book of business required).
    • NASAA Series 65 (or equivalent) and Michigan Life License required.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present in both large and small group settings.
    • Clean background check and compliance record.
    • Self-motivated, ethical, and driven to provide exceptional client service.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 1099 Contractor Role – Includes an initial $1,000/week draw during training (3-6 months).
    • Income Range: $150,000 – $500,000+
