The primary focus is to develop company generated leads for income-based products, helping clients safeguard their future and that of their loved ones. This is a base plus commission position for the first 90 days then will convert over to commission only. Additionally, a weekly travel stipend will be provided to support sales activities outside the office. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to build long-lasting relationships with clients • Conduct detailed needs analyses with prospects to ensure the appropriate term life insurance products are recommended and sold • Achieve or exceed specific sales targets on a consistent basis, contributing to the team and company's overall sales objectives • Proactively seek out new clients through lead generation efforts and networking • Manage all sales activities, including scheduling appointments, conducting presentations, and completing necessary paperwork, in an organized and timely manner • Adhere to all industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and professional integrity Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in financial advising and/or sales experience • Strong knowledge of life insurance products, particularly Indexed Universal Life insurance and annuities • Relevant certifications or willingness to obtain them (e.g., Life Insurance License). Series 65 & 66 Preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas • Strong lead generation skills • Experience with annual sales volume tracking Compensation: Base plus commission first 90 days then commission only
