    Financial Advisor - 403(b)/457(b) - Retirement Professional

    Teacher's Pension, a leading independent financial services organization in the defined contribution and benefit business, is currently seeking candidates to join our team to work within existing plan sponsor relationships in the education market. In-person and remote with pre-set appointments. No nights or weekends required.

    It is our mission to empower public school employees to achieve a financially secure future by providing financial wellness education, resources, and retirement planning services.

    This position is responsible for 403(b) and 457(b) enrollments, retirement and investment counseling, and participant education and seminars.

    Have you been working for a captive firm and looking to go independent with a steady stream of clients to work with selling securities and FIA products?

    Requirements:

    • Active Life Insurance License.

    Compensation:

    • Salary Range: $100,000 to $250,000 per year
    • Commission and Fee-based structure
