    Financial Advisor

    Location: Brunswick, ME; Full-time, Hybrid

    Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000, based on experience with a potential path to partnership

    We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to our practice. As part of a larger team, we would combine our experience, sound judgment, and highly personalized service with yours to provide a world class experience for our valued clients. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for building on your own client base, assisting in the servicing of existing and prospective clients, building and executing financial plans, holding new client meetings and annual reviews, building and enriching client relationships, and upholding our firm’s values and commitment to client service. Successful candidates can earn a path toward partnership in our firm.

    In your new role, you can expect to:

    • Manage existing client relationships and respond to client inquiries and requests.
    • Conduct client reviews.
    • Meet with clients and work with support staff to prepare illustrations and performance reports.
    • Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
    • Gather data, including personal information and investment goals.
    • Analyze and evaluate financial status.
    • Develop and present financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives.
    • Implement and monitor financial planning recommendations.
    • Analyze clients' income and asset situation, as requested; at least once annually, review and update financial situation.
    • Take a proactive approach to client service and collaboration with colleagues.
    • Recommend plans and products to help clients achieve goals; identify appropriate investment and insurance solutions (e.g., estate issues, tax considerations, retirement planning, business planning objectives).
    • Comply with all FINRA/SEC/Commonwealth compliance regulations; satisfy continuing education requirements.

    Qualifications for this opportunity include:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5 years of experience in the industry
    • 3 years of experience in a financial advising role
    • Series 7, 66, and Life and Health license are required
    • Hold the CFP designation or willingness to obtain
