    Position Overview:
    Seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in healthcare, specifically in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), to join a dynamic team. This role will work closely with the VP of FP&A and CFO, supporting strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to high-level financial operations and growth opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making across various departments.
    • Work closely with senior leadership, including the VP of FP&A and CFO, in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial goals.
    • Lead the financial modeling and analysis for key business initiatives, investments, and new product launches.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure financial strategies align with business goals.
    • Assist in driving cost-saving initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and identifying areas for financial growth.
    • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed for senior leadership.
    • Display a "wingman/woman" mentality, actively supporting the VP of FP&A and CFO in all aspects of financial planning and decision-making.
    • Demonstrate a curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally within healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
    • A strong background in logistics or supply chain finance is a plus.
    • Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership, including VPs and C-suite executives.
    • Curiosity-driven and comfortable rolling up sleeves to get into the details.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different departments and leadership levels.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and ready to take on more responsibility.
    • Local candidates preferred – must be based in or willing to relocate to Irvine, CA
  • Compensation
    $120,000 per year
