Financial Analyst Hourly Rate: $55.00

Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will manage and analyze financial data, deliver actionable insights to support decision-making, and ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly performance reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Perform variance analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.

Monitor departmental financial performance, including staff and overtime expenses.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Assist in preparing contract financial documentation and compliance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
