Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant – Full-Time | Inland Empire Area

What You’ll Do
Compile and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple entities in alignment with GAAP standards.
Oversee the month-end close process, including journal entries, payroll adjustments, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance using modern cloud-based accounting tools.
Analyze financial trends and performance data to produce internal reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
Develop and monitor department budgets; track variances and partner with team leads to optimize spending and resource allocation.
Lead efforts around receivables management, including coordination with billing teams to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Manage payables and oversee vendor payments; review and process expenditures, corporate card usage, and other disbursements via digital platforms.
Support the annual audit and tax preparation process in coordination with external firms.
Maintain awareness of relevant financial regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Recommend updates to existing financial procedures and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Provide ad hoc analysis and support for CFO-led initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
